General Rules & Conditions:
1) Any reservations subject to the Airlines company, Hotels, Train .. Etc Rules & conditions. and any changing or cancellation fees will apply.
2) The passengers should check he’s reservations before leaving the office such as : ( Airlines company / Timing / Transit / Baggage Allowance / Cancellation Policy / Names in the tickets as per passport ).
3) The passenger should check the hotel quality and the room type and size in internet or at the office before , as we are giving the official pictures of the property which it’s 70% similar to the reality and the passengers should check about the property condition before confirmation.
4) The passenger responsible about his visa issuance and he should get 6 months passport validity in the travel document.
5) In case of death or illness the passenger is responsible for that & if he's relative looking for cancellation or changing the Airlines Rules will apply with extra fee.
6) In case of security procedures - like ban of official rejection of travelers papers, passenger delay and failure of comply with deadline or any other reasons it's under the passenger responsibility only.
7 ) The Passenger declare that he's FIT & in good health with full responsibility
8) The Passenger declare that there's no pregnancy woman on board and if any he should declare that before subject to airlines law.
9) The Passenger declare that he doesn't have any chronic illnesses or other conditions & he takes full responsibility - and he should inform the Agency in advance.
10) Please be at the airports before 3 hours of the flight departure.
11) Make sure that your passport validity is more than 6 months & you are holding a valid entry visa for the destination.
12) The itinerary might change any time due to the weather conditions or adjusting in the schedule without any prior notice.
13) The Hotels & Resorts subject to change any time without prior notice in case of emergency or misunderstanding with tour operators or hotels, considering the check in time as per the international hotels law and hotel law 14:00 PM and check out on 12:00 PM.
14) Any things not mentioned in this Agreement it's not included in this package.
15) Payment / Advance Payment will consider as acceptance of all this rules and conditions.
16) The passengers agreed to change hotels/tours any time and without any prior notice in case of misunderstanding with tours operator or hotels or in case of emergency or some issues in the hotels or destinations.
17) The Third bed in the Triple Room or Extra bed it's not the same as the original bed and sometimes it's sofa bed so the passenger agreed of the bed conditions.
18) The Company did not grant any connected, suite, sea view rooms and it's subject to availability always and it subject to supplement fee.
19) Some Hotels in Europe doesn't have air condition specially in some areas like Mountains Hotels, so the passenger declare about that and he should check the hotels quality and services by him self before confirming the booking.
20) The passengers agreed to respect the timing of the tours and we will be accurate in the time and coach will leave without any objection toward us if the passenger came late and the passengers will be responsible about any transportation fees like taxi or another.
COVID19 – Travel Rules & Conditions:
1) Almobtaker Travels as an agent not responsible about any flight cancelation or delay due to the current pandemic and passenger should contact airlines directly for such a case.
2) In case of refund for flight cancelation or delay, the airlines company responsible about the refund and in most of the cases airlines give travel voucher or reissue with another date.
3) All passengers should obtain and aware about the travel restrictions in the final destination before booking & ticketing.
4) The Passenger the only responsible person about any entry visa and any other requirements with no any obligation towards the travel agency.
5) The Passenger should hold a valid PCR Test Certificate before departure from authorized hospitals.
6) The Passenger should hold a valid Travel Insurance covering the medical expenses in final destination.
7) The passengers should declare and submit the medical, quarantine forms in the destination and that’s subject to the arrival country rules and restrictions.
8) The passenger confirms that he’s aware about the travel restrictions in final destination and the homeland.
9) The passenger confirmed about the quarantine procedures in the destination or main homeland and any other cost for testing and medical.
Important notice: the passenger should be aware of the airlines and hotels; DMC companies’ cancellation policies, booking rules and term and conditions and he should ask for it before confirming the booking and extra fees will apply for any extra service required.
Refunds & cancellation policy :
1) In case of cancellation within 60 days of the travel date cancellation fee will be 25% of the original fare.
2) In case of cancellation within 40 days of the travel date cancellation fee will be 50% of the original fare.
3) In case of cancellation within 30 days of the travel date cancellation fee will be 75% of the original fare.
4) In case of cancellation within 15 days of the travel date cancellation fee will be 100% of the original fare.
The above rules are applied if the tickets are not yet issued but if the ticket or travel reservations are issued and it’s got ticketed and confirm the booking will be non-refundable and the cancellation fee will be 100%.
Important notice: the passenger should be aware of the airlines and hotels, DMC companies’ rules and conditions and he should ask for it before confirming the booking and extra fees will apply for any extra service required.
Visa Policy:
Passengers must obtain a visa from one of the diplomatic missions unless they listed as visa exempt countries or countries eligible for a visa on arrival. All visitors must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months.
The Travel Company offering the supporting services ( if passenger required special assistance in the visa application ) but we are not responsible about any refused, delay or rejections or documents missing .. Etc.
Europe Groups Guidance:
Due to the European Tourism rules and regulations all Europe passengers should pay the driver tips which its EUR 3.00 per day per person minimum and that to be paid cash in the spot in Euro, also all the passengers should be aware of the rules and conditions of European Union such as Neqab Banned & Fire Camping in Public area.
Please be noted we are responsible about the bookings only [ Airlines Tickets, Hotels Booking, Tour & Transportation ], and the passengers should be responsible to hold Shen-gen Visa and the Agency not responsible at any case about that even if we help the passenger in the documentation its subject to the embassy approval and acceptance
